Delete your Plotlay account

For Plotlay on the web and Plotlay Scan for iPhone, iPad and Android, by Asset Arc Services

How to delete it

1. In Plotlay Scan: open Settings (iPhone and iPad) or About (Android), then Plotlay account, then Delete my account. Confirm when asked.
2. In Plotlay on the web: sign in at app.plotlay.io, open the account menu and choose Delete my account. Confirm when asked.
3. If you can’t sign in: email hello@plotlay.io from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We reply within 5 business days.

Deleting happens straight away and can’t be undone.

What is deleted

• Any paid Plotlay subscription is cancelled first, so nothing keeps charging.
• The projects you own, including team projects you own, and all their files, photos, drawings and exports.
• Scans you asked for or sent straight to a project, with their photos and room models.
• Your own imports, exports and branding files.
• Teams you made that have no one else in them.
• Your sign-in, profile, email address, team places, guest access, notifications and plan.

What is kept

• Billing records held by our payment provider, Stripe, for as long as tax law requires.
• Projects that belong to other people, including ones you were a guest on or sent a scan to. Their owners decide what happens to them.
• Teams that still have other members.
• Scans on your phone. Remove those with Delete my scans in the app, or by uninstalling it.
